Was slightly worried about coming here after reading reviews of hour long wait times. However we went Saturday morning for breakfast and it was amazing! Our kids got their pancakes served to them by the owner pretty much instantly and everything came out fast after that! It all tasted fantastic and the staff was friendly and very sweet!!

This was our first time visiting and we can't wait to come back! Not only was the staff amazing, but the patrons were also very kind. I could tell there were lots of regulars that visit and I certainly see why it's their favorite place. Food was phenomenal! Hometown diner without the extra grease that you would expect. The local syrup was an awesome touch and super delicious. The French toast was some of the best I've had around the area. Even our young kids appreciated the atmosphere and devoured their food. Bonus: clean, fresh bathrooms!

It is true waiting time is very long but food was excellent. We had corned beef hash, huge pancakes, french toast and country fried steak shared between 2 adults and two kids. If you’re in hurry, you might consider another local place but if you are on vacation, get coffee or lemonade as you’ll have refill while waiting for your order.

We stopped on our way through town around 7:30am this past Saturday. The biscuits and gravy were recommended by the waitress and we decided on the loaded biscuits and gravy. It was delicious! Well seasoned (which a lot of places are lacking nowadays), quick and hot coffee was very good. We will stop again.

We're from out of town and it was our first time eating here. Hometown dive brunch restaurant, we loved it. Everyone was very Friendly and we had good service. I got the farmers scrambler, very good! Fresh veggies and hashbrowns were good, not greasy like some places. We would definitely go back!

We’re from out of town but decided to stop in on a whim as they were open early for breakfast, and I’m glad we did! Food was wonderful, prices were reasonable, service was absolutely great! Even the folks in there having breakfast were super friendly. Will definitely have to stop back next time we’re in the area!

the food was tasty-riffic and Minnesota “plentiful” (PLUS pancakes are enormous) BUT the SMILES from customers Jim, Dave & Joe (Grumpy ole’ guy team) and super-riffic servers “Tiffany” & “Kerry” made me leave with “More Smiles Than I Came In With!” p.s. lots of historical pictures too “Run-A-Way Bill” was here!
